For this collection the setup depends on the bed size: 
Twin bed: Bijou in Green in King Eros size 26x36 to fill up the back of the bed, then a standard size Straight Lines sham in navy, then Flying Ducks in front in a 9x20 bolster
Full/Queen bed: Two Bijou Green Euros 26x26, then two standard pillows shams in Straight Lines in navy, then in Flying Ducks, either two 9x20 bolsters or one 9x38 bolster in front. 
King: Three Bijou in Green Euros sz 26x26 in back, then two Straight Lines King Shams in Navy, followed by two 9x20 or one 9x38 Flying Ducks bolster up front. 
Finish off the space with one of the drapes we show as a coordinate.
